Solacryl

Solacryl is a high quality range of 100% acrylic fabrics designed primarily for use in spray dodgers and marine covers.

Why Use Solacryl Marine Acrylic?

Woven construction provides a traditional, quality appearance.
Solution dyed for rich non fade colours and reduced ‘crazing’ or ‘marbling’.
Acrylic yarns give excellent UV stability especially compared with polyester products.
Weather resistant to extremes of temperature. Unlike PVC it will not sweat, stick or crack.
Rot proof.
Fungi, bacteria and insect resistant.
Oil and grease resistant.

Caring For a Solacryl Cover

Solacryl marine acrylics have been specifically designed for use in marine covers and awnings and will provide many years of service and protection to your boat. Following these simple guidelines will prolong their appearance.

Clean regularly to prevent dirt becoming embedded in the fabric.
Loose dirt can simply be brushed off.
For more intensive cleaning hose down and clean with warm water and a natural soap solution. Rinse thoroughly.
Covers should be clean and dry before winter storage.
